FAQs

Individual User

How do I get to Entrance and Exit Surveys?

The Path is “case” based. There are no separate links to either the Entrance or Exit Survey. You access them through your Member Case Dashboard.

You can get to your Member Case Dashboard anytime by either going to the Forgiving Path drop down menu (above) and clicking on Member Case Dashboard, or you can click on this link now.

Once you name your Active Case on your “Member Case Dashboard” and press on the name, you will automatically be directed to the Entrance Survey for that active case. If you return to your “Member Case Dashboard” after completing the Entrance Survey, and then press your active case name again, you will then be directed to the Exit Survey. But before you take the Exit Survey, it is important for you to first go through the Nine Forgiving Path Stations. You can get to Station #1 at any time by clicking on the upper Forgiving Path drop-down menu and going to Station #1. Or you can click on this link now.

If you return to your “Member Case Dashboard” after finishing the Exit Survey, you will notice that your case is no longer “Active” and you are invited to define another case. You have 30 days of full membership at the Path.

How many cases can I do?

You have 30 days of full membership in the Forgiving Path. That means you can go through as many “cases” as you would like during your membership time period. You can always extend your membership another 30 days.

Remember, you can only have one active case. To add another active case, go to Forgiving Path dropdown menu and click on Member Case Dashboard, or click this link now.

I seem to have hit a roadblock. I am getting a message that I must be a registered member to see a certain page.

If you haven’t registered yet, the simplest way to do so is to go back to the home page (“Home” on your upper menu) if you are an individual user, and press the “Get Started Now” blue button. If you are a counselor, pastor or have a group that you would like to take through the Path, go to the counselor home page (“Counselor” on your upper menu) and click the blue button.

If you are already registered, go to your Member Case Dashboard  (go anytime to the drop down menu “Forgiving Path (above) and click on Member Case Dashboard, or click on this link now. Once there, if you haven’t already, please name your first Active case. If you have an Active case already, press on your active case name now.

Counselor/Group User

How do I add the Forgiving Path to the tool kit of my pratice, group or ministry?

We have tried to make this a seamless and professional tool for your tool kit. We have designed a three step launch for you. First, we want you to experience it yourself. We don’t want you to use anything that you are not full confident in yourself. So we are inviting you to be our guest. Go to the Counselor page (“Counselor” in upper menu) and press blue “Try Forgiving Path Free” button to get started.

After registration, which includes you naming your “group or practice”, you will be directed to your Group membership dashboard. You can get to your Group dashboard at any time by pressing the link “Membership” in the upper blue bar.

Now go and experience the Path yourself and press “Click to Get Started, Welcome” link on the Group Membership page, or go to Getting Started Page. For the moment, you are like any other “individual user” going through the Path. See above FAQs.

After completing your initial Forgiving Path case a an individual user, you can go to the second phase of your launch, inviting one of your group or practice members to experience the Path as our guest. Check out the Counselor Next Steps Info Page for details.

We have also provided a helpful tutorial for you. Hopefully it will answer 99.9% of your questions. It will become second nature to you as you use it. Go to that tutorial page at this link.

Remember, you can get to your Group Dashboard at any time by pressing the link “Membership” in the upper blue bar.

Or you can individually define new ‘cases’ yourself by going to your personal Member Case Dashboard at any time as well.
